County Leadership Visits Jiashan Tocree Machinery for On-Site Guidance

Recently, leaders from Jiashan County paid an on-site visit to Jiashan Tocree Machinery Co., Ltd. to learn about the company's production operations, technological development, and business growth, offering valuable guidance for its future development.

Upon arrival, the county leadership was warmly welcomed by the company's management team. Accompanied by senior executives, the delegation toured the production workshops, the copper smelting and casting facilities, and the precision machining lines, gaining a firsthand look at the full manufacturing process—from raw copper billet production to the finishing of high-precision components such as copper sleeves, sliding plates, gears, and worm wheels.

During the visit, the company's general manager presented an overview of Tocree Machinery's development since its founding in 2007. Covering an area of approximately 30,000 square meters with a registered capital of 11 million yuan, the company has grown into a research-and-development-oriented enterprise integrating R&D, design, sales, and processing. The general manager highlighted the company's unique "one-stop" production model, which combines its own copper smelting furnace and centrifuge equipment—capable of producing 2,300 tons of copper materials annually—with advanced precision machining capabilities, allowing the company to control quality at every stage from raw material to finished product.

The leadership team expressed particular interest in the company's specialization in non-standard parts and precision copper alloy components, including phosphor bronze, tin bronze, aluminum bronze, and beryllium bronze products widely used in metallurgical machinery, shipbuilding, mining equipment, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, and large-scale construction and packaging machinery. They also took note of the company's capacity to manufacture oversized components, such as copper sleeves up to 1.5–2 meters and copper sliding plates measuring 4 meters in length.

During the discussion, the county leaders affirmed the company's achievements in technological innovation and industrial upgrading, noting that Tocree Machinery has played an active role in strengthening the local non-standard parts and precision machining industry chain. They encouraged the company to continue increasing investment in research and development, to strengthen its core competitiveness, and to further expand into higher-value-added markets.

The leaders also inquired about the challenges the company faces in areas such as talent recruitment, land use, and financing, pledging that the county government would continue to provide strong policy support and services to help enterprises like Tocree Machinery grow steadily and expand their market presence.

In response, company representatives expressed sincere gratitude for the county leadership's concern and support. They stated that the company would take this visit as an opportunity to further deepen its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service—upholding its long-standing business philosophy of "providing high-quality services for customers, relying on development and innovation, and making strength the last word"—while continuing to contribute to the high-quality development of the local manufacturing industry.

The visit concluded with a productive exchange between the county leadership and company executives, reaffirming a shared commitment to supporting the sustainable growth of local enterprises and reinforcing the strong government–business partnership that continues to drive regional industrial development.
