Brazilian Client Visits Jiashan Tocree Machinery for On-Site Factory Inspection

Recently, Jiashan Tocree Machinery Co., Ltd. had the pleasure of welcoming a valued client delegation from Brazil to our factory for an on-site visit and in-depth business exchange. The visit marked another important step in strengthening our cooperation and mutual trust with overseas partners in the mining and metallurgical machinery industry.

Upon arrival, the Brazilian delegation was warmly received by our sales and engineering teams. After a brief introduction to the company's history and development, our guests were invited on a comprehensive tour of the production facility, covering an area of approximately 30,000 square meters.

Touring the Production Facility

During the visit, the clients were guided through every stage of our manufacturing process — from raw copper material smelting to the finishing of precision machined components. Highlights of the tour included:

• Copper Smelting and Casting Workshop – The clients observed our in-house copper smelting furnaces and centrifuges, which support an annual output of approximately 2,300 tons of copper material, allowing Tocree to serve as a true one-stop manufacturer from raw billets to finished products.
• Precision Machining Center – Our guests were impressed by the sophisticated CNC and mechanical processing equipment used to manufacture non-standard parts and precision components, including copper sleeves as large as 1.5–2 meters in diameter and copper sliding plates up to 4 meters long.
• Quality Testing Laboratory – The delegation reviewed our precise testing and experimental equipment, gaining confidence in the consistency and reliability of our quality control system.
• Finished Goods Warehouse – A wide range of finished products was on display, including copper sleeves, copper sliding plates, copper nuts, copper gears, copper sleeve worm wheels, rollers, and other mining machinery accessories made from phosphor bronze, tin bronze, aluminum bronze, and beryllium bronze.

Business Discussion and Technical Exchange

Following the factory tour, both parties held a detailed discussion covering product specifications, customization capabilities, production capacity, and quality assurance standards. The Brazilian client expressed particular interest in our copper mining machinery parts, given their extensive application in metallurgical machinery, mining equipment, and large construction machinery.

Our technical team also presented several case studies of non-standard copper components developed for international clients, demonstrating Tocree's strength in research and development, custom design, and precision processing.
