Warm Welcome: Jiashan Tocree Machinery Hosts Factory Visit from Japanese Customers

Recently, Jiashan Tocree Machinery Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of valued customers from Japan to our production facility in Weitang Sub-district, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province. The visit gave our overseas partners a first-hand look at how our copper alloy machinery parts are designed, manufactured, and quality-tested.

A Warm Reception

The guests were greeted by our management and sales team, followed by a short presentation introducing the company's history since 2007, its 30,000-square-meter facility, and its integrated R&D, design, casting, and machining capabilities.

Touring the Production Workshops

Guided by our engineers, the delegation toured the full production process:

• Casting Area — Our in-house smelting furnace and centrifugal casting equipment, producing alloys such as phosphor bronze, tin bronze, aluminum bronze, and beryllium bronze, with an annual output of about 2,300 tons.
• Precision Machining Workshop — Lines used to turn, mill, and bore copper sleeves, gears, worm wheels, and rollers to tight tolerances.
• Large-Format Parts — Guests were impressed by our ability to produce oversized items, including copper sleeves up to 2 meters and sliding plates as long as 4 meters.
• Quality Inspection — Precision instruments used to verify dimensional accuracy before shipment.

Our engineers answered detailed questions on alloy composition, tolerances, and delivery lead times throughout the tour.

Business Discussions

Back in the meeting room, the Japanese customers shared their requirements for copper mining machinery parts and showed strong interest in our one-stop model, from raw billet to finished component. Both sides discussed customization, quality certificates, and logistics for future orders in a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Looking Ahead

The visit closed with an exchange of gifts and mutual hopes for continued cooperation. The delegation praised our organized workshops, equipment, and technical team, expressing confidence in our ability to meet their quality and volume needs.
