The L-shaped solid self-lubricating slider is made by embedding high-purity graphite solid lubricant into a base material of high-standard tin bronze alloy. This slider boasts excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and self-lubrication properties, making it an ideal choice for mechanical components in high-load and medium-low speed applications. This product is applicable to industries such as industrial machinery, marine and shipbuilding industries, aerospace and defense industries, etc.
High strength and high wear resistance
The tensile strength of tin bronze alloy is 350-440 MPa, and the yield strength is 180-260 MPa. Under harsh conditions, it ensures its durability and excellent load-bearing capacity.
Excellent self-lubricating performance
The addition of high-purity graphite and SL1 additive significantly reduces friction, prolongs service life, and ensures the smooth operation of components during use.
High ductility
This material has an elongation rate of 12%-20%, and can maintain good flexibility even under high-strength working conditions, preventing fractures or damages.
Moderate hardness
The hardness range of the slider is 90-120 HB. It combines wear resistance and resilience, avoiding excessive brittleness, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the component.
